Q.Q.Q.Q.Text Box: I can see from the photos on your web site that the Crab StikÔ seems to really work well on the body of a blue crab. Just what makes the Crab StikÔ work so good?
Text Box: How about other kinds of crabs? I just love snow crab legs. Can the Crab StikÔ help me to get the wonderful leg meat out?
Text Box: I just LOVE those wonderful Dungeness crabs from the West coast. Will the Crab Stik work on those crabs as well?
Text Box: Snow crabs are one of my favorites as well. I remember all of those times before the Crab StikÔ that I would sit down to a pile of steamed snow crab legs and get so frustrated because almost every time I broke open a big, juicy leg, the meat would stick and I would have to tear into the shell to get at the meat. Those days are over! With the Crab StikÔ, if the meat won't come out easy, simply insert the large end into the leg piece, twist and pull and you have ALL of that wonderful leg meat. Although the body of a snow crab is much easier to pick than a blue crab, the Crab StikÔ is very useful for that as well.

 

 

Text Box: Now, that's the beauty of it! I know how tough it can be to get at the claw meat. Before the Crab StikÔ, I would ALWAYS get cuts from the hard claw shell trying to get at that tasty, sweet claw meat. Also, when you whack on the claw shell enough to get at the meat, there is always little pieces of shell that gets in your hard earned prize. No more! With the Crab StikÔ, all you need to do is break the claw open anywhere along the claw. Usually, one good whack in the middle will crack it enough to break into. Then, using the large end of the Crab StikÔ, simply insert it into the opening, twist and pull to get all of the claw meat. Even if the meat is adhered to the shell (and that happens a lot if they are not cooked right!), you can get all of the claw meat effortlessly and leave the shell intact. 
Text Box: Good question! When I developed the Crab StikÔ, I actually did extensive research on the blue crab and just how they were physiologically structured. They are an amazing creature, both in the wild and on a plate! I discovered that if you cut a blue crab a certain way that the body could be divided into sections that expose the crab's muscle chambers. I then worked to develop a tool that would fit into these chambers, shear the muscle away from the delicate shell and then grab the muscle so it could be extracted. The Crab StikÔ tips are the result of this effort. These tips are also designed to be used as "scoops" for those open chambers that you always find.

Text Box: That's the beauty of the Crab StikÔ! It works for ALL crabs. When you eat Dungeness crabs, you use the Crab StikÔ just like you would when picking Blue Crab claws or Snow crab legs. Simply break the leg into and insert the large end of the Crab StikÔ into the leg piece, twist and pull to get all of the leg meat out. Simple! The body is very much like Blue crabs and can be used in the same way.
